Multi-project Controlling and Simplified Invoice Processes in Quarter Development
OPES, a family-run real estate company, is currently realizing the development of the OPES Quarter. This comprehensive quarter in Munich combines living, working, and infrastructure. The project encompasses approximately 115,000 square meters of floor space, distributed across residential and office areas as well as necessary infrastructure facilities. Given the complexity and size of the project, OPES faced the challenge of maintaining an overview of the processes and, in particular, the cost structure.
Alasco is used at OPES to simplify and optimise project management and the invoicing process. The digital platform is tailored to the needs of the young, digitally oriented real estate company. To ensure transparency and security in multi-project controlling in a major project like the OPES Quarter, the team uses, among other things, the standardized invoice approval process in Alasco.
Through the implementation of Alasco, OPES was able to increase process efficiency and create a solid foundation for cost management and project control. Various formerly manual tasks in project management were automated. The tool simultaneously supports the company in maintaining an overview of current project statuses and costs at all times. The opportunity to participate in the further development of Alasco offered additional advantages and contributes to the successful realization of the OPES Quarter.
