Interview in “Welt”

In today's edition of "Welt", Benjamin Günther and Sebastian Schuon explain how Alasco came to be founded.

Here is a short extract about why the construction industry is of interest to the founders:

Why are you interested in the construction industry of all things?

Schuon: We organised a few dinners in Munich to which start-up founders and people from the SME sector were invited. Some of the guests came from the construction industry and we asked them to explain to us where there is a need for change.

Günther: In the construction and property sector, a lot of things are still done manually. Invoices are received, stamped and then placed in different folders at different locations. This causes a huge time delay. We want to make such processes faster and cheaper.
